Ed Meier

Ed has over 40 years of railroad track construction experience with a extensive railroad background in track maintenance and rehabilitation. Ed’s leadership role as owner and president of Ironhorse Railroad Contractors Ltd. has brought the company to a well-established provider of railroad services to the railroad industry.

Ed is in charge of businesses development, project delivery, and development, and oversees all major projects as Team Leader.

Ed currently directs the overall vision and growth of his company and continues to develop new relationships while maintaining existing accounts and continuing to build their projects throughout Canada.

Alberta Manager of Operations:

Jon Stewart

Jon is responsible for all construction projects and operations in Alberta, Canada.

Jon has been with Ironhorse for over 15 years and has been trained and mentored under the guidance of Ed Meier.

Jon is a qualified track inspector and track supervisor and has extensive experience in all types of railroad maintenance construction and production equipment. Jon is responsible for operations, employees, safety, customer service and strategic planning. In addition he is in charge of all construction maintenance projects throughout the Alberta region, including customer and vender business relationship and plays a key role in new business development.

Saskatchewan Manager of Operations:

Lionel Rokosh

Lionel is responsible for all construction projects and operations in Saskatchewan, Canada. Lionel comes with 30 years experience with Canadian National Railway Company. Lionel has been with Ironhorse for over 10 years, heading up the Saskatchewan division management of projects and construction.

Lionel has an extensive railroad construction and maintenance background. Lionel is responsible for operations, employees, safety, customer service and strategic planning. In addition he is in charge of all construction and maintenance projects throughout the Saskatchewan region, including customer and vendor business relationships and plays a key role in new business development.
